Media Release

By registering for and attending this conference, I hereby grant to PDF Solutions, Inc. and its affiliates, agents, employees, and representatives (collectively, “PDF”) permission to: (1) photograph and record me (on film, video, audio, digital media or otherwise), (2) edit and modify any resulting photographs and recordings (“Media”), and (3) use and distribute such Media together with my name, likeness, voice, story, comments, persona, and company affiliation (if you have indicated it on your registration and/or name tag or presentation in any such Media) in any manner or media and for any purpose whatsoever at the sole discretion of PDF. You hereby agree to waive any right to inspect or approve the Media and waive any right to compensation from any such use by PDF.  You release PDF and its agents, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities in connection with such use.

I represent and warrant that I have all rights necessary to grant such permission as set forth herein and that no infringement or violation of any third-party rights will result from the use of my name, likeness, voice, story, comments, or persona as captured in the Media. I further understand that PDF shall have no obligation to make any use of the Media and that all rights granted herein are fully sub-licensable and assignable.
